Reflections on Vikki Pryor’s, Change Create Transform, Executive ReTreat

I had the recent pleasure of attending Vikki Pryor’s, “Change Create Transform – Supercharging Your Portfolio”, Executive Retreat. It was an extraordinary day of leadership innovation, highlighted by the splendid guest facilitator Dr. Artika R. Tyner, author of The Leader’s Journey.

Dr. Tyner piloted us through leadership trends designing professional portfolios by utilizing our experience and wisdom as assets, shedding unwanted liabilities, centering for success, and fresh ideas to energize planning. During the retreat, we were divided into three teams and appointed the task to build a “Fortress” protecting a group brand using only a few items enclosed in a plastic bag on each table. The sculpted results were creative and amazing, reflecting precious seeds of leadership we all hope to plant into a bright future.

New friends were made, contacts exchanged, and more importantly I learned that we are all in this together. In this year especially, it was good to be reminded that together… we are better. The retreat was a wonderful wake-up call to find my brave, refresh my brand, and claim my gifts.
