Dana Galin
Dana is the founder and CEO of Defineum, and leads transformative leadership development programs for organizations, individuals and universities. She is passionate about helping people make their greatest impact by understanding, embracing and leveraging who they are and developing strategies for amplifying their success, a theme that has been consistent throughout her career.
Dana is a sought after speaker and has worked with industry leaders such as American Express, BlackRock, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Frito-Lay, Eileen Fisher, charity: water, US. Committee on UN Women, the Quorum Initiative and many others. She is currently an adjunct coach for The Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and serves on the New York Corporate Advisory Board of ALPFA, a leadership development organization for Latino professionals. Prior to founding Defineum, Dana had a successful twenty-year career in strategic communications working with top brands including Kayak.com, Nintendo of America, and the Walt Disney Co., among others. She has extensive professional development training and when she’s not leading or sitting in the front row of a leadership development course, she is reading about it and scribbling notes in the margins.
