HOW. The Alchemy of Innovation

The Quorum Initiative is proud to announce that we are holding our first forum entitled HOW. The Alchemy of Innovation this spring.  The event will begin with a kickoff dinner on Thursday, June 12^th at the Made in NY Media Center and will be followed by an interactive forum and keynote by Irene Dorner, President and CEO of HSBC, USA, on Friday, June 13^th at the Dream Downtown Hotel.

At the Quorum Initiative, we believe in taking action. Last year we launched in Washington DC and have had the pleasure of watching our community grow there and take root.  This year we want to take things a step farther.  We love watching sparks fly when the Quorum Initiative gets together at our local events and they leave us wanting more – more time for everyone to truly connect, more content, more interactive problem solving, more amazing women to build our community.  With the How. Forum we have the opportunity to make all of those things reality.

The Alchemy of Innovation

The Quorum Initiative invites you to explore innovation in the workplace, discover how women can be innovative leaders and how women can bring more innovation to their organizations.  Why is innovation important? It can be used as a tool to propel women into positions of greater responsibility.  Women have an opportunity to spearhead the innovation revolution that many companies are starting today.  With How., we want to give you the skills needed to cultivate innovation in everything you and your team take on.

What can you expect? At the kickoff dinner you will have a chance to meet and share best practices with women from all industries and all over the country, and experienced, senior women eager to share their perspectives.  At the forum we will hear from Irene Dorner, President and CEO of HSBC, USA, and you will take part in an energizing day of insights, thought-leadership and training among your peer group of high level executive women. Not only are we talking innovation at the forum, we will walk you through an innovative format and a day of creativity and collaboration. You will build transformative tools and create real life action plans you can use the very next day.  We can’t wait to see you there!
