Life is supposed to get easier as we age and grow in wisdom as women and yet this seems to be far from the truth. Clusters of intense, complex and challenging changes come at us from all directions as we travel through life, leading us to silently wish we were like that many-armed hindu goddess Durga as the concept of multitasking is stretched to its limits.
Workshop Objectives
If you feel that the ground is constantly changing beneath your feet as you juggle a multitude of life-impacting challenges? Then this workshop is for you. Together we will explore the importance of transitions and how to approach them. We will work together to identify what small (or large) steps you might take to start filling your “Personal Leadership Toolbox” with the means to take action and navigate the murky middle of transitions successfully on the journey to creating the life you desire.
Workshop Outcomes
As result of participating in this session, you will…
- Understand transitions and what role they play in our lives as women and how getting stuck in the murky middle can keep us from living fully.
- Initiate work on a personal plan for a way forward from overwhelm and frustration to a life that can still be complex and yet feels easeful and flows.
